We the undersigned do severally and solemly swear that we will approach all the property belonging to the Estate of the late John Walker, Eugene Egan in partnership which may be exhibited to - or to the best of our judgement and knowledge - So help us God.

This day the seventeenth of April in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty, being thereto requested I George King, Parish in and for the aforesaid Parish hae proceeded to the residence of Eugene Egan in the aforesaid parish and situate about twenty five miles from the Court House in order to make an estimation inventory of the property belonging to the sucession of the late John Walker deceased and the said Eugene Egan in partnership and to that effort have appointed Robert McCrory and Edward E. Watson as appraisers who being first duly sworn we have inventoried and appraised as follows, to wit, --

First __ a tract of land situate in the aforesaid Parish and lying on the right bank of bayou Beouf adjoining on the upper side to the land of Salter Guillory and on the lower side to the domain having five arpent front by forty in depth appraised at twelve hundred and forty dollars ---$1250

2nd a tract of land situate in the aforesaid Parish and lying on the left bank of the bayou Beouf bounded on the upper side by land of Lastie Fruger and on the lower side by land of Robert McCrory having five arpent front by forty in depth appraised at two thousand dollars --- $2000

3rd A parcel of murchandise the value which [could not] be ascertained by the sale ---

There being no other property belonging to [the] said others in partnership, as stated by the said Egan.
