Translation of Jeremiah Walker Succession - 1835 1

Jeremiah Walker's property inventory was written in French on the 3rd of May, ????, by an unknown person. The date "3rd of May" may have been 1835 since the succession took place in court on Sep. 1, 1835. It was found with the original succession papers and may have been completed at the time of his death. My son, Michael, helped me interpret the french version. Without his help, the "beasts" would be "beets" and wouldn't make sense. We only have two remaining interpretaions. The first is "terre et Bitation". Since it references the land, I thought it might be "land and habitation", referencing buildings and structures to be included in the land price. "Bitation" could be short for "habitation". The second item is the last sentence and indicates "35 head of [goats]". I believe that "gaivrais" was a coloquial term for the French word "chèvres" which means "goat"
