General Notes: The 1880 Dekora, Columbia County, Wisconsin census indicates that both of H. W. Jessup's parents were born in England.

Henry married Mary Elizabeth BATES, daughter of Abraham BATES and Elizabeth CLINE, on 17 Nov 1875. Mary was born about 1858 in Wisconsin.

General Notes: The 1880 Dekora, Columbia County, Wisconsin census indicates that Mary Jessup's father was born in Indiana and her mother was born in Ohio. Later census data indicates that he was born in Michigan.
